When it comes to renting, good advice is half the work: our consultants will help you find the best way to rent out your holiday home. They know what our guests are looking for, how to increase the occupancy rate and how your property's location is developing. With Interhome you can count on individual and honest advice that will ultimately benefit both parties.
Furthermore, at Interhome every home owner has their own contact person, to make the business relationship more personal.
Clear procedures for both renter and owner. From receiving the booking to welcoming the guests, from organising cleaning to prompt resolution of insurance claims – at Interhome, everything is clearly regulated.
We offer two different levels of service: you or your representative can look after your rental property, or you can opt for a local Interhome service office to do this for you.
Wherever there's an Interhome service office, Interhome will gladly look after your property and your guests for a fee. This service includes welcoming guests, plus regular cleaning and checking of the property. This fee varies depending on the country, region and range of services offered. As an added benefit, our staff will look after your property all year round, even when you're not there.
In regions where Interhome doesn't have a local office, you or your representative carry out the caretaking and are only required to pay the administration costs and a small marketing fee.
