Guests have high expectations of the holiday accommodation they book – live up to them and you can get good reviews and regular customers!

Surroundings:

  • Regular maintenance of the garden or lawn

Building:

  • Façade in good condition, doors and windows are intact and shut properly
  • Stairs, lift, entryway etc. in good condition

Fixtures and fittings:

  • Windows and doors in all rooms (with exception of kitchen, bathroom or toilets)
  • Floor coverings, walls and ceilings etc. clean and in good condition
  • Enough hot water for several people
  • Adequate lighting in all rooms
  • At least one toilet for every six people
  • Plug sockets in all rooms
  • Cleaning materials (broom, buckets etc.) supplied

Bedroom(s):

  • Intact bed base (slatted frame)
  • Clean mattresses with mattress protectors (Molton)
  • Bed linen in spotless condition in the appropriate sizes

Kitchen:

  • Functioning kitchen appliances
  • Cooker with at least two hobs
  • Sufficient cooking utensils
  • Fridge adequately sized for the number of guests
  • Working oven (or microwave)

Pool (if included):

  • Professionally installed pool system with no safety defects
  • System checked and cleaned weekly
